Russian is the most widely spoken Slavic language. It is mainly spoken in Russia, but is also an official language in Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Abkhazia and South Ossetia. Russian is also spoken by many people in countries that were once constituent republics of the USSR. It is one of the six official languages of the United Nations. There are estimated to be around 155 million native speakers of Russian.
At Ampersand, we work with professional translators who are native speakers of Russian, are graduates in translation and interpreting (or with similar qualifications, depending on their country of origin), have been trained by Ampersand, have extensive experience, and translate from various languages into Russian.
